Ms Leve is a Social Worker with a background in psychiatric inpatient treatment, psychological assessment and intensive individual and marital psychotherapy. Her extensive corporate work in critical incident debriefing includes counselling employees regarding sexual harassment and violence in the workplace. Ms Leve has clinical expertise in back-to-work psychotherapy and alternative dispute resolution.

Dr. Ross is a consultant to several businesses, employee assistance programs, health care providers and insurers. He offers guidance on disability prevention, assessment and management. He is a founding Director of the Centre for Occupational and Organizational Psychiatry at North York General Hospital. As a corporate consultant, Dr. Ross works with stakeholders to mediate conflicts and resolve disputes. He is an inaugural member of the Canadian Business and Economic Roundtable on Mental Health and works with business leaders to promote mental health in the workplace.

Arnold H. Rubenstein, MA, PhD, C.Psych

Dr. Rubenstein is a consulting psychologist who teaches at the Canadian Police College (RCMP) Polygraph Unit where his courses on memory enhancement and forensic interviewing are well received. He works with the OPP across the province. Dr. Rubenstein is also skilled at conducting intensive psychotherapy with adults and adolescents. Dr. Rubenstein utilizes his clinical expertise to provide independent psychological evaluations, anger and stress management training and work-focused psychotherapy to corporate clients.
